To help us maintain our high standards of service, we are seeking an experienced and accomplished Logistics Supervisor to drive both innovation and execution in our busy Transportation network.

1. Support the overall daily management of operational duties, deputizing for the Operations Manager as required.
2. Prioritize and continually improve safety at the delivery station.
3. Supervise logistics assistants, coordinators, and delivery associates to ensure every shipment is delivered meeting and exceeding operational KPIs.
4. Monitor coordinator and associate performance and coach them when needed.
5. Partner with supporting departments to improve logistics processes and operations.
6. Communicate with delivery service providers to set expectations and raise quality standards.
7. Interview candidates for associate roles.
8. Brief and monitor the workload of all drivers and associates, ensuring administrative tasks are accurately completed.
9. Measure and monitor overall workflows and daily metrics to assist the Operations Manager with tracking and reporting site performance.
10. Help with training and mentoring new associates.
11. Follow up on and resolve any process-related issues.
12. Be flexible to work different shifts and do overtime when needed.
13. Resource your function from a personnel standpoint, addressing training needs, absence and performance management, coaching, and monitoring department productivity.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience in logistics
- Experience with data analysis
