Logistics Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

1. Interview candidates for associate roles.
2. Brief and monitor the workload of all drivers and associates.
3. Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all administrative tasks are accurately and fully completed.
4. Measure and monitor overall workflows and daily metrics.
5. Assist the Operations Manager with tracking, trending, and reporting on site performance, on a regular basis.
6. Help with training and mentoring new Associates, providing them with the knowledge needed to successfully carry out their tasks.
7. Follow-up on and resolve any process-related issues as and when required.
8. Be flexible to work in different shifts and to do overtime when needed.
9. Resource your function from a personal standpoint together with the Operations Manager, which includes:
1. Call-outs for training needs.
2. Absence and performance management.
3. Coaching and continuous monitoring of department productivity.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Dubai, ARE.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience managing teams
• Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in logistics
• Experience with data analysis
