Logistics Specialist

Job Summary:

Zoomlion Gulf FZE / Zoomlion International Trading Saudi is a trading-oriented subsidiary of Zoomlion Group, a listed company in Hong Kong and Shanghai. It’s primary line of business is import Zoomlion Products (Machinery, Spare Parts) from China, sell to local and neighboring countries in MENA and pay back to Zoomlion China.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare all the necessary documents required for smooth transit of the products from the origin to desired destination
• Knowledge of Dubai Trade processes and regulations.
• Review and prepare the L/C, prepare docs under LC terms
• Monitor the end-to-end procedure in export/import i.e., from paper removal to handover of Shipment to import i.e., from receiving instruction to receiving goods to our warehouse or the given destination and ensure compliance with company and legal requirement
• Follow up for Exit Documents and timely submission to the customs authority
• Liaise with the warehouse team to check on the availability of the products
• Review, select carriers and negotiate contract and best rates to control logistics costs achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction
• Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs/shipping quotes and efficiency
• Coordinate with ports, customs, RTA and concerned government departments to ensure the transition of product is unhampered
• Carry out the necessary documentation and system updating.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Graduate
• Experience: 3-5 years in GCC
• Skills: Custom clearance, Compliance, Shipping documents, Supplier Negotiation, good understanding of LCs, Knowledge of INCO terms ledge of INCO terms
• Driving License: GCC driving license preferred
