Job description

We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Logistics Planner to join our client's dynamic team. This role involves coordinating and optimizing the movement of inventory across various regions, ensuring smooth, cost-effective logistics operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  1. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely import and export of products to various regions.
  2. Plan, schedule, and oversee the transportation and delivery of products, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  3. Prepare and manage all necessary shipping, import, and export documentation, including customs declarations, invoices, and packing lists.
  4. Analyze logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  5. Stay up-to-date with international shipping regulations and ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant laws and guidelines.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics planning or a similar role.
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures, excellent organizational and multitasking skills, and proficiency in logistics software.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines are also essential for success in this role.
