Logistics Operations Executive

Mira Logistics is an integral part of our diverse holding company, Mira Group based in Dubai. We specialize in providing cutting-edge logistics solutions. We are looking for the Logistics Operations Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle freight inquiries, quotations, and coordination with local and international clients for SEA, AIR, and LAND services
2. Manage transportation arrangements by booking shipments, negotiating freight rates, and selecting appropriate carriers or freight forwarders
3. Ensure compliance with Dubai Trade and Dubai customs procedures, processing import/export customs declarations
4. Generate and verify all necessary documents related to shipments, such as Bill Of Entry, Airway Bill, Bill of Lading, etc
5. Update Trackers - Daily Activity Monitoring, Daily Active File, Microsoft Team
6. Interact with customers to arrange shipments, exceeding customer service expectations
7. Understand and apply shipping incoterms for freight shipments

Requirements:

Degree: Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field is preferred.
Experience: 2 years of proven experience in logistics and pricing.
Language Skills: Good command of spoken and written English.
Software Proficiency: Proficient in using software applications for logistics management and documentation, such as ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Certification: Certification or training in customs brokerage or international trade (preferred).
Availability: Immediate availability for joining.
