Job description
Logistics Operations Coordinator Job Responsibilities:
- Managing of the third-party vendors in the region including outsourced warehouse operation and freight forwarders.
- Tender Process Management with 3PL’s and execution of the contract through KPI monitoring.
- Driving Cost Saving Projects.
- Reviewing and approving invoices from the vendors.
- Return Units Management.
- Scrapping and Depreciation Management.
- Supporting the annual Logistic Budget creation.
- Executing the Annual Inventory Stock Counting.
- Supporting Logistics Execution, Planning team and customer to secure booking as demanded.
- Handling the daily spot rates.
Job Requirements:
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong Negotiation and Leadership Skills.
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills.
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Power B.I. is a plus.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- GCC customs regulations knowledge.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset.
- Change Management skills.
- SAP Knowledge.
Preferred:
- Postgraduate level.
- Project Management skills.
- Lifelong learner and some level of French will be considered as an advantage.
