Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day operations including Import/Export Documents Control and Issuance of Certificates of Origin.
  2. Coordinate with local shipping companies for both Land and Sea Freight logistics.
  3. Conduct inventory control and ensure efficient logistics management.
  4. Handle supply chain management tasks effectively.
  5. Perform administrative duties such as record-keeping, organizing documentation, and data entry.

Qualifications:

  1. Proficient in Shipping Documents Control with a strong understanding of Import/Export Documentation.
  2. Demonstrated skills in Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management.
  3. Effective administration abilities including meticulous record-keeping and documentation organization.
  4. Strong communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  5. Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a global team environment.
  6. Experience in the furniture or manufacturing industry would be advantageous.
