Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Manager to oversee our global logistics operations, including sea, air, and land transportation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective logistics processes to support our growing mobile brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Global Logistics Management:
  • Oversee and manage logistics operations across sea, air, and land transportation.
  • Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize the supply chain process.
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods to various global locations.
• Coordination and Communication:
  • Coordinate with international suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve any logistics-related issues or discrepancies promptly.
• Compliance and Regulations:
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
  • Monitor and adhere to safety standards and legal requirements.
• Performance Management:
  • Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics.
  • Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Prepare and present reports to the Chief Logistics Officer.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and manage the logistics team, providing guidance and support.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in a global setting.
  • Proven track record of managing sea, air, and land transportation logistics.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Other:
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
