Logistics Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Selecting carriers and negotiating contracts and rates.
2. Planning and monitoring inbound and outgoing deliveries.
3. Supervising logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services.
4. Organizing warehouse, labeling goods, plotting routes, and processing shipments.
5. Responding to any issues or complaints.
6. Researching ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers.
7. Working with other departments to incorporate logistics with company procedures and operations.
8. Evaluating budgets and expenditures.
9. Updating and evaluating metrics to assess performance and implement enhancements.
10. Ensuring all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements.
