Logistics Executive - Haier Gulf

The Role
Daily customer delivery order implementation including order consolidation, order planning, order tracking, and ensuring delivery on time as per company standards and customer requirements; 3PL management including loading & offloading, transportation process, perfect order, and goods delivery; Accounts reconciliation with 3PL; POD management including collection and submission on file. Align with internal divisions including finance, sales, and operations for the order closure; Daily report management including delivery log or order tracking report and so on; Owned logistics vehicle and facility management regarding repair and maintenance procedures.

Requirements

1. Minimum of university degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or another related field
2. At least 3 years experience in warehousing and transportation handling or operations management
3. Familiarity with the local logistics industry trends in UAE
4. Keep favorable relationships with contractors, consultants, and main clients in the GCC market
5. Proficient oral and written communication in English; excellent communication, coordination, and cooperation ability with high execution and stress resistance
