Our client, a leading specialist construction fit-out company in Ras Al Khaimah, is seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to manage logistics and material movement for a prestigious project.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the transportation and delivery of materials to project sites.
Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely procurement and efficient storage of materials.
Work closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, and site teams to prevent delays.
Ensure all logistics operations comply with UAE regulations and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory movements.
Assist in resolving logistical issues and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in logistics coordination within the construction or fit-out industry.
Strong understanding of supply chain management, shipping, and customs regulations in the UAE.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office.
UAE driving license is an advantage.
