Logistics Coordinator - CAE

About This Role:

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the procurement of all spare parts including aircraft parts required for 23 Simulators (includes 2 SIMs in Abudhabi) and 11 IPTs in coordination with the Sr. Logistics coordinator.
2. Responsible for maintaining the stores in both training centers meticulously organized.
3. Effectively coordinate the timely flow of order processing and keeping all logistics records up to date for audit compliance.
4. Processing all invoices/raising PR/PO from various authorities for 80 SIM evals and many evals in FY24 (EASA/FAA/UKCAA/CAAC).
5. Processing all invoices/raising PR/PO for various SIM purchase/SIM updates and handling all the related shipments with 12 SIM update projects in this year.
6. Liaising with CAE Montreal and various suppliers on repairs, loans, exchanges, outright purchases, etc.
7. Coordination and execution of many avionics protection plans/contracts under the guidance of Sr. Logistics coordinator in a timely manner.
8. Tracking, processing, and executing various equipment calibrations.
9. Tracking and renewing various subscription contracts such as NDB CHARTS from various providers for all 23 aircraft configurations (Garhoud DSO and Abudhabi) and processing related invoices.
10. Coordinating with FedEx and other shipping/courier companies for packing and dispatching spare parts, receipt of parts, issue and receipt of loaner parts, and maintaining records.
11. Daily checking all parts withdrawals and entry by engineers and validating for any errors in all 5 stores.
12. Processing invoices to raise PR/PO for various authorities and SIM updates, routine SIM refurbishments, equipment calibration work undertaken by local contractors, etc.
13. Coordination and execution of many avionics protection plans, obsolescence of parts monitoring, and mitigation.
