Logistics Coordinator - Al Shamali Group

Key Responsibilities:

Age: Below 30

Experience: 2 Years with JAFZA as a Logistic Coordinator

Salary Range: 3500 to 5500 AED

1. Oversee and coordinate the entire supply chain process for automobile spare parts, including procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
2. Manage and track shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of spare parts to customers.
3. Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to inventory and logistics.
4. Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and related documentation using inventory management systems.
5. Analyze logistics performance metrics and implement improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies throughout the logistics process.
7. Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and packaging of spare parts.
8. Provide regular updates and reports on logistics activities, including shipment status, inventory levels, and performance indicators.
9. Address and resolve any logistical problems or delays, ensuring minimal impact on operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
2. Previous 2 Years of experience as a Logistics Coordinator or in a similar role within the automotive spare parts industry is highly desirable.
3. Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles specific to automobile parts.
4. Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex logistics challenges.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with suppliers, customers, and team members.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic work environment.
