Logistics Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing shipments, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and oversee incoming and outgoing shipments.
2. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and transport companies.
3. Ensure timely delivery of goods while optimizing costs.
4. Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and deliveries.
5. Handle import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures.
6. Track shipments and address any delays or issues.
7. Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure proper stock management.
8. Ensure compliance with UAE logistics and transportation regulations.
9. Prepare logistics reports and analyze performance metrics.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator, Supply Chain Officer, or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of shipping, transportation, and warehousing operations.
4. Familiarity with freight forwarding, customs regulations, and import/export procedures.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics software.
6. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
8. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
