Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics, including inbound and outbound shipments, both locally and internationally. This role requires a thorough understanding of UAE Customs regulations, as well as experience working with freight forwarders and courier companies. Additionally, the Logistics Coordinator will oversee our inventory, warehouse facilities, and ensure compliance with GCC shipping regulations such as Certificates of Conformity, and SABER.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and courier companies to arrange shipments and handle any issues that arise.
• Coordinate, organize and process local collections and deliveries to our customers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Customs regulations and other relevant laws.
• Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Maintain warehouse facilities, ensuring they are organized and meet safety standards.
• Handle all documentation related to shipping, including COO, COC, SABER, and other GCC shipping regulations.
• Prepare intercompany warehouse transactions to ensure all warehouses are stocked to a satisfactory level, including the preparation of related documents.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations and support overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably within the GCC region.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Customs regulations and GCC shipping requirements, incl. Freezone Regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and preferably ZOHO.
