Logistics Coordinator, Port Operations

1. Managing & monitoring day to day activities related to Transportation/Operations.
2. Ensuring that all trucks are loaded and utilized as per the allocation.
3. Ensuring 100% good communication with all parties (emails level and daily updating reports).
4. Supervising all container activities on a daily basis by distributing the daily jobs to the team players.
5. Sending the daily port activities report to the operations manager.
6. Sending rates requests and quotations to overseas agents and customers.
7. Conducting weekly sales meetings to evaluate the performance of the department.
8. Updating daily reports related to operation.
9. Supervising all loading supervisors to ensure that client requests are met.
10. Performing any other related duties/projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet business exigencies.
