Logistics Coordinator Vacancy in Jabal-Ali, UAE

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Jabal-Ali, UAE. This is a contract job and requires an immediate start. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and planning the movement of goods from point of origin to final destination.

The ideal candidate should have a biometric passport, and fluency in the local language is preferred. We welcome applications from Indians who do not require English proficiency for this position.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and monitoring operational plans that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure customer satisfaction
2. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
3. Processing orders, arranging shipments, and coordinating with suppliers
4. Monitoring delivery schedules and ensuring on-time delivery of goods
5. Coordinating with warehouse personnel to ensure proper storage of inventory
6. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations related to transportation of goods
7. Maintaining accurate records of shipments, delivery status, invoices, etc.
