Dr. Nutrition Company is looking for an experienced person in Export Sales Executive.

Requirements for Job Vacancy:

1. Logistic Executive.
2. 1-2 years of experience in the UAE (GCC) in the same field.
3. Good command of English.
4. Bachelor's degree with a scientific background.

Description:

1. Prepare the invoice for export from the warehouse and vendor.
2. Confirm the order with all logistics and import teams.
3. Follow the order and availability with the supply chain team.
4. Prepare the price list with the pallet configuration.
5. Prepare the production list.
6. Handle the shipment and required documents for all export invoices.
7. Monitor the cost of the products and update it on the system with the price list frequently.
8. Follow up on shipping details, payments, and ensure to receive and confirm the order on time.
9. Data entry for all costs on the system.
10. Follow up on existing account statements and payment receivables.
11. Prepare the exhibition shipments and required export documents.
12. Prepare the listing documents and files for new customers.
13. Follow up on near expiry items and return the items on time.
