We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant to support our team. In this role, you will assist with processing domestic and international shipments, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with policies.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely processing of payments and documents
Monitor and track shipping documents to ensure compliance with trade finance agreements
Prepare regular reports on activities for management review
Assist with resolving any discrepancies or issues related to transactions
Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a similar role
Familiarity with BL, Letters of Credit, and Bank Guarantees
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word)
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment and meet deadlines
