Logistics Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Communicating professionally in person, over the phone, and via email to accounts and team members
2. Track growth/decline of managed customer accounts and identify new opportunities
3. Ability to be the main point of contact for customers
4. Assist with accounting department with any invoicing problems that may arise
5. Ability to generate sales among existing customer accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
