Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery and efficient use of resources. This is a contract position suitable for Indian nationals with strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods and materials within specified timelines
2. Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery
3. Monitor inventory levels and track shipments using logistics software
4. Prepare shipping documents and ensure accuracy of information
5. Resolve any issues or delays in delivery by working with relevant parties
6. Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to transportation and import/export
7. Identify cost-saving opportunities in logistics processes

Requirements:

1. Indian nationality preferred
2. Strong communication skills in English
3. Previous experience in logistics or supply chain is not required but considered a plus
4. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
5. Excellent organizational skills
6. Attention to detail
7. Willingness to work on a contract basis
8. Valid visa or ability to obtain one quickly
