Logistics Coordinator

Our company is in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods, supplies, and materials from suppliers to our company's warehouses or clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate the shipment of goods from suppliers to our warehouses or clients
  2. Monitor and track the movement of goods to ensure timely delivery
  3. Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and clients to arrange transportation and resolve any issues that may arise
  4. Prepare shipping documents such as invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork
  5. Maintain accurate records of all shipments and update inventory systems accordingly
  6. Ensure compliance with all local and international shipping regulations
  7. Monitor inventory levels to anticipate potential shortages or delays
  8. Continuously seek opportunities for cost savings through efficient logistics operations

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
  2. Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field preferred
  3. Knowledge of local and international shipping regulations
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  5. Strong attention to detail
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
  8. Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Salary:

This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. Accommodation will not be provided.

Note: This position is open for Indian nationals with their own visa. English speaking candidates are preferred.
