Logistic Coordinator

We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Your role will involve planning and executing logistics operations, monitoring shipments, and optimizing processes to achieve maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.
Plan and schedule logistics activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries.
Track and manage inventory levels, order status, and delivery schedules.
Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs forms.
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to transportation, delivery, or inventory.
Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with warehouse staff, drivers, and other team members to optimize workflow and ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Previous experience as a Logistic Coordinator or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and inventory control.
Proficient in logistics software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, TMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset and the ability to make decisions quickly.
