To provide coordination services related to quality, patient safety, accreditation, and related regulatory compliance and risk management.

1. Drive quality initiatives, audits, and risk management in collaboration with the Quality and Patient Safety Officer.
2. Assist in managing clinical and non-clinical audits including creating audit tools, data analysis, and reports production.
3. Manage the Incident/Near Miss Reporting System including analyzing and managing event reports from clinical and non-clinical areas.
4. Assist in investigations of significant adverse events and Root Cause Analyses for sentinel and serious adverse events.
5. Implement and monitor compliance with organizational policies that improve both patient and employee care and safety.
6. Implement quality and risk management educational programs as per hospital policy.
7. Support the preparation for JCI audits.

A relevant Bachelor's Degree in quality management or healthcare. Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) will be an advantage.

At least 2 years' experience in developing clinical and non-clinical quality management plans and related projects.

• Facilitation skills.
• Audit compliance procedures, guidelines, and related requirements.
• Data analysis and reporting.
• Database management (MS Excel).
• JCI accreditation standards.
