Job Description

• Welcome guests as they enter the hotel lobby with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Offer assistance with luggage and provide directions or information about hotel amenities and services.
• Assist guests with the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Answer any questions they may have about room reservations, hotel policies, or local attractions.
• Act as a concierge by providing recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing activities in the local area.
• Assist guests with arranging transportation, make restaurant reservations, and coordinate other guest requests as needed.
• Ensure that the lobby area is clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Monitor the lobby for any safety or security concerns and report any issues to appropriate personnel.
• Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
• Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
• Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
• Communicate any relevant information or updates to the appropriate departments.
