Job description
  1. Guest Check-In and Check-Out: Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes while accurately handling payments and ensuring adherence to hotel policies.
  2. Greet and welcome guests as they enter the hotel, offering a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  3. Provide accurate information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions, ensuring guests are well-informed.
  4. Assist guests with luggage, coordinating with bell staff to ensure a smooth arrival and departure process.
  5. Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing lobby area, ensuring it reflects the luxury and ambiance of the hotel.
  6. Manage guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively, offering solutions or directing them to the appropriate department.
  7. Coordinate with the concierge team to arrange transportation, reservations, and special requests for guests.
  8. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while adhering to hotel policies.
  9. Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
  10. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and seamless guest experience.
