Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome guests as they enter the hotel lobby with a warm and friendly demeanor.
2. Offer assistance with luggage and provide directions or information about hotel amenities and services.
3. Assist guests with the check-in process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
4. Answer any questions they may have about room reservations, hotel policies, or local attractions.
5. Act as a concierge by providing recommendations for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing activities in the local area.
6. Assist guests with arranging transportation, making restaurant reservations, and coordinating other guest requests as needed.
7. Ensure that the lobby area is clean and tidy throughout the day.
8. Monitor the lobby for any safety or security concerns and report any issues to appropriate personnel.
9. Build positive relationships with guests by anticipating their needs and exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
10. Address any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, striving to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.
11. Collaborate effectively with other hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, to ensure seamless coordination and guest satisfaction.
12. Communicate any relevant information or updates to the appropriate departments.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

1. Previous experience in a guest-facing role in hospitality, customer service, or a similar field is preferred.
2. A friendly and customer-focused attitude with the drive to provide total guest satisfaction.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage guests professionally.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
6. Positive attitude, reliability, and a high standard of personal presentation.
7. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
8. Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially proficiency in English and Arabic.
9. Knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and entertainment venues in Dubai is advantageous.
