Listing Agent / Telesales Agent

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Listing Agent to act as a liaison between property sellers and potential buyers. Your role will involve managing all tasks necessary to list a property and secure agreements, such as acquiring leads, negotiating, and preparing essential documents like MOUs, tenancy contracts, and letters of intent. This position is ideal for individuals aiming to advance their career in the real estate sector.

• Meet and exceed company standards by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Create a strong first impression when communicating with potential clients, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
• Understand client needs thoroughly to successfully close deals.
• Reach out to potential and current clients, informing them about new marketing campaigns or services using provided scripts.
• Match buyers' and tenants' inquiries with listings provided by Sales and Listing Agents in a timely manner.
• Generate and qualify leads from both cold calling and inbound inquiries.
• Address customer complaints to uphold and enhance the company’s reputation.
• Go above and beyond to meet sales targets and foster repeat business.
• Ensure professional communication with clients, always presenting the company in the best light.
• Follow the company's dress code, maintaining a formal and polished appearance.
• Accompany clients on property visits and advise them on the suitability and value of properties.
• Respond to leads promptly, meeting with clients as soon as possible to provide tailored solutions.
• All client communication should occur through the company’s official contact channels, and emails should follow proper etiquette.
• Report daily activities to the Line Manager and update relevant systems regularly.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Proficiency in English/Arabic and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle rejection professionally
• Excellent negotiation skills, with the capacity to resolve issues and address concerns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
