Duty Recap: An integral participant of the group, line chef responsible for properly and successfully presenting food and final plate preparation including plating and discussion of prepared items, ensuring food preparation meets BWR standards for all menu product plates in the shops.

Crucial Role Functions and Responsibilities:

This position has the responsibility to ensure maintenance and adherence to BWR standards in all kitchen products, including the below obligations and responsibilities:

1. Attend and participate in the open or pre-shift meeting with the kitchen supervisor.
2. Maintain BWR standards and adhere to the uniform policies.
3. Record any 86 items to the direct supervisor.
4. Ensure your terminal is clean, stocked, and ready for operation.
5. Guarantee your station adheres to BWR cleanliness and health standards and is always clean.
6. Ensure you follow BWR personal hygiene protocols.
7. Comply with labeling procedures on all kitchen products and control the end date for all items.
8. Ensure sanitizer kit is on-site.
9. Use the appropriate kitchen equipment for the best product.
10. Continuously refill the area fridge.
11. Ensure adherence to chef assurances.
12. Ensure final product meets BWR standards.
13. Follow cooking and preparation procedures.
14. Comply with BWR recipes for all menu products.
15. Ensure compliance with BWR plate presentation for all menu items.
16. Coordinate with Expo to ensure timely serving of kitchen products according to BWR standards.
17. Maintain all cooking equipment in good condition and clean during and after use.
18. Ensure stored food products are in good condition.
19. Keep your area fridge, grills, and fryers clean and ready for operation.
20. Report any complaints, work incidents, and issues to your direct manager.
21. Maintain a good relationship with your colleagues.
