Position: Lighting Technician

Location: Abu Dhabi

Experience: 2 to 4 Years

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate the requirements of the camera control unit for different productions as directed by the head of the unit and the main operator.
2. Report unit failures in a timely manner to minimize emergencies and prevent work interruptions.
3. Plan and implement lighting positioning functions, together with the team, in accordance with the directions of the unit head to ensure that the requirements are met.
4. Perform related electrical functions (e.g., wiring, cable operation, installation of lighting fixtures) to meet requirements.
5. Plan and carry out routine maintenance tasks on lighting equipment to ensure serviceability.
6. Report the need for relevant supplies to prevent any shortage.
7. Keep up to date with the latest developments related to CCU, OCP, or VR sets to provide adequate development recommendations to the line manager.
8. Lighting Equipment and Techniques.
9. Technical Troubleshooting.
