About the role:

We are seeking a reliable and professional driver to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe and timely transportation for the employer, company staff, and goods, while maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition. This role requires a high level of discretion, punctuality, and knowledge of UAE roads and traffic regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Safely transport the employer, family members, or company staff to required destinations.
2. Drive company vehicles to designated locations for official business, meetings, and deliveries.
3. Ensure punctuality and safe transport at all times.
4. Regularly inspect vehicles to ensure they are in excellent condition (e.g., checking oil, fuel, brakes, tires, and lights).
5. Schedule routine maintenance and servicing, reporting any issues or malfunctions immediately.
6. Keep the vehicles clean and presentable both inside and out.
7. Plan routes and assess traffic conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
8. Follow UAE traffic laws and ensure all documents, such as licenses, permits, and registrations, are up to date.
9. Stay updated on local road and parking regulations.
10. Maintain records of travel, mileage, and vehicle expenses as required.
11. Assist with loading/unloading goods or luggage when necessary.
12. Run errands such as shopping, deliveries, or collecting documents on behalf of the employer or company.
13. Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
14. Protect the confidentiality and privacy of the employer and the company.
15. Ensure the safety of passengers and goods during transport.

Requirements:

1. Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
2. Proven experience as a personal or company driver in the UAE.
3. Familiarity with major roads, locations, and traffic patterns across the UAE.
4. Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
5. Good physical condition and the ability to handle long hours when required.
6. Professional appearance and a courteous attitude.
7. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
