Job Description

• To support AAC Vehicle Yard Operations with daily activities across processes.
• Drive vehicles from one point to the next based on daily instructions and requirements.
• Ensure adherence to yard rules; safety of members and quality of vehicles is top priority.
• Perform basic quality inspection on vehicles within storage yard.
• Support with any ad-hoc operational requirements as requested by supervisor.
• Affix RFID Tags on vehicles carefully.
• Ensure performance of processes using RFID scanners.
• Perform periodical battery health checks using authorized devices as per instructions.
• Perform battery fluid checks and top up battery fluids as per instructions.
• Perform vehicle waxing on chrome parts as per instructions.
• Conduct vehicle wash activities before vehicle delivery.
• Perform fuel dispensing to vehicles as per norms.
• Manage all related fuel station management activities with respect to safety protocols.
• Record daily fuel utilization in the system and perform fuel stock taking.
• Conduct basic quality inspection of all vehicles handled with respect to exterior/interior conditions and moving parts.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Secondary School Certificate, Diploma/ITI in Automotives, or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (Manual – License No 3 & 5).
• 2 years’ experience or more in a similar job profile.
• Proficiency in writing and speaking skills in English.
• Basic math knowledge.
• Ability to focus on details with respect to vehicle models, specifications, features, and colors.
• Ability to quickly identify defects/issues in vehicles; good observational ability.
• Quick learner, adaptable, and willing to learn.
• Ability to handle a physically demanding job profile, requiring long hours of standing, walking, and working in hot climatic conditions in an open yard.
• Sound physical and mental health & stamina without any chronic ailments or medical history.
