Job Description

• Monitor pool activities vigilantly to quickly identify and respond to potential emergencies, ensuring the safety of all patrons.
• Administer first aid and CPR as needed, maintaining composure and efficiency in high-pressure situations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections of pool facilities and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain clear communication with team members and management to ensure swift responses to incidents.
• Educate pool users about safety protocols, swimming rules, and emergency procedures to foster a culture of safety.
• Manage pool cleanliness by conducting routine checks and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their concerns or inquiries.
• Document incidents, injuries, and rescues accurately to maintain a reliable record for future reference.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in sports science or health-related fields is a plus.
• Certification in Lifeguarding, CPR, and First Aid from a recognized organization is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a lifeguard or in a similar role in a high-traffic aquatic environment is highly preferred.
• Candidates with at least 1-2 years of lifeguarding experience will be prioritized.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
