Experienced Life Insurance Administration Officer – New Business Processing Dept.
We are looking for an experienced Administration Officer to join our Life Insurance department.
Based in our Dubai office, you will provide day-to-day administrative support to our financial advisers and our customers by utilizing excellent and in-depth knowledge of the life insurance products we distribute and following our internal /external policies and procedures.
What will you be doing:
Handle and resolve life insurance queries raised by financial advisers and customers
Evaluate new business and servicing applications
Assist financial advisers and customer with documentation
Maintain client and policy data in our internal system
Interact regularly with product providers and financial advisers, to ensure that customer requests are dealt with
Coordinate with our compliance department when required
Demonstrate a “can do” and professional attitude
What we are looking for:
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a customer servicing role in the life insurance industry
Familiar with life insurance providers operating with the local market, their products, and processes
Must be a team player and use their initiative
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Be able to multi-task and prioritize workload
Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook
