Licensing Specialist

Job Objectives:

• Provide technical guidance, support, and advisory services to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and submit reports on work activities.
• Oversee the process of issuing endowment licenses and related certifications.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the registration and licensing of endowment assets according to approved methodologies, ensuring proper management, protection, and operational processes.
2. Update geographic information systems (GIS) to track and maintain endowment property locations.
3. Register and classify all endowments in Abu Dhabi based on their legal, administrative, and legislative frameworks, including their categories and conditions.
4. Ensure that all endowments have official licenses in accordance with documented ownership records, updating files with relevant authorities in Abu Dhabi.
5. Maintain updated data and classifications for endowments using modern tools and technologies.
6. Create and organize new endowment records in accordance with approved classifications, ensuring secure storage and backup of data.
7. Investigate endowment-related cases referred by direct management, report findings, and propose solutions.
8. Assist in developing policies, guidelines, and procedures for endowment registration and licensing.
9. Carry out additional tasks related to endowment registration and licensing as assigned by management.
