Licensed Nurse

Responsibilities

1. To anticipate all guest needs and handle all guest inquiries.
2. To oversee the effective day-to-day operation at the Bell service desk.
3. To have complete knowledge of the hotel products and services, including room types, rates, relative features and facilities, food and beverage outlets and promotions, spa and health club, and other properties.
4. To handle the concierge emails.
5. To ensure the lobby area is clean and tidy at all times.
6. To greet and acknowledge all guests, welcoming them in a polite and friendly manner.
7. Assist guests with their luggage and provide a luggage storage service.
8. To coordinate delivery of messages and other items to the guest room.
9. To assist guests who require special attention.
10. To provide team member coaching and counseling, support and guidance as required.
11. To arrange the shift schedule and maintain effective rostering for all members of the Bell Attendant and Driver team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
12. Complete all other shift duties as outlined on the shift checklist.
13. To ensure that the transportation arrangements of the hotel work perfectly, including coordination of taxis, private vehicles, limousines, and other vehicles.
14. Assist all other areas of the hotel when required.
15. To drive buggies carefully and be a role model driver for other team members.
16. To monitor and maintain the FO buggy fleet, reporting any damages and issues to the Duty Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager.
17. To order guest supplies through the hotel’s inventory system.

Qualifications

1. Previous experience in the same position for at least 1 year.
2. Luxury hotel experience is a must.
3. Passion for excellent service.
4. Excellent team player with great communication skills.
