Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a Librarian to manage and maintain the library in Haur-Fakkan. Reporting to the Library Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the library and ensuring that all library services are accessed and utilized. Duties include ensuring the proper shelving of all library materials, providing reference and research assistance to library patrons, and managing library databases.

Candidate Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Library Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
2. Understanding and knowledge of cataloging, periodicals, and computer systems used in libraries
3. Ability to develop and maintain positive customer/staff relationships
4. Excellent written and spoken communication skills
5. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
6. A valid work permit for foreigners is a plus
