Level 1 SOC Analyst

We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Grade 4 English Teacher for one of our reputed school in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English language skills, including reading, writing, grammar, and comprehension, to students in Grade 4. The role requires a creative and dynamic teaching approach to develop students' communication skills and foster a love of language and literature. The teacher will also support students' academic growth and contribute to their overall development in a nurturing classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Lesson Planning and Delivery :

Develop and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans in line with the school’s curriculum.

• Teach a variety of English language skills, including reading, writing, grammar, spelling, and vocabulary.
• Use interactive and varied teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.

Classroom Management :

Create a positive, respectful, and engaging classroom environment.

• Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain discipline while encouraging student participation.
• Foster a culture of respect, cooperation, and inclusivity in the classroom.

Student Development :

Monitor and assess students’ progress regularly through assignments, tests, and class activities.

• Provide constructive feedback to students and assist with areas of improvement.
• Offer additional support to students who may require extra help with language skills.
• Encourage students to develop their creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities through language tasks.

Assessment and Reporting :

Regularly assess and track students' academic performance.

• Provide accurate and timely reports on students' progress to parents / guardians.
• Maintain records of student performance, attendance, and behavior.

Collaborate with other teachers, administrators, and staff to support the overall development of students.

• Participate in grade-level meetings and school-wide activities to enhance the educational experience.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and development.

Professional Development :

Stay updated with the latest teaching methods, trends, and best practices in education.

• Attend school meetings, workshops, and training sessions to improve teaching skills.
• Continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development.

Qualifications :

Education : A Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.

Experience : 1-3 years teaching experience (preferably in primary education) is an advantage.

Skills :

Strong knowledge of English language teaching techniques, grammar, and literacy development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in a positive and supportive environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and execute lessons effectively.
• Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young learners.

Certifications (Preferred) :

Teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed.) is desirable.

• Additional certifications in education or English language teaching are a plus.
