We are looking to hire a talented and experienced Senior Legal Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing all legal aspects of the company's operations in the Middle East region, which provides a high level of responsibility and leadership.
Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all legal issues of the company's operations in the Middle East region, including contract negotiation, review, and drafting. Ensure the company's compliance with local laws and regulations in the Middle East region.
Advise the executive team on legal and regulatory matters affecting the company's operations in the region.
Oversee and manage all litigation and dispute resolution matters involving the company in the Middle East region.
Develop and implement policies and procedures to mitigate legal and regulatory risks in the region.
Collaborate with other departments, including finance, HR, and operations, to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation across the organization.
Keep up-to-date with legal and regulatory developments in the Middle East region that may impact the company's operations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in law; Master's degree in law preferred.
Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
Experience
At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on the Middle East region.
Experience working in-house in a multinational corporation or a reputable law firm is highly preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape in the Middle East region, including commercial, labor, and corporate laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
