Legal Specialist (UAEN)

Our client is one of the major district cooling service providers in the UAE delivering world-class levels of reliability, efficiency, safety, and environmental sustainability.

We are looking for a Legal Specialist to provide comprehensive legal support to our company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations across international markets. The ideal candidate will have experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, managing legal risks, and advising on intellectual property matters.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice and support on various matters, ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company's interests.
• Conduct legal research to stay informed about changes in laws and regulations that may impact the business.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and manage legal risks associated with business operations.
• Advise on intellectual property matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.
• Handle litigation matters, working closely with external counsel when necessary.
• Assist in the development and implementation of corporate policies to maintain legal and ethical standards.
• Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance legal awareness within the organization.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with data protection and privacy laws.
• Represent the company in negotiations and legal proceedings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of proven experience in a legal advisory role, with a strong understanding of international laws and regulations.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with intellectual property law and litigation management is a plus.
• Family book is a must.

Location: Dubai Investment Park

Timings: Monday to Friday (4.5 days) | 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
