Position: Legal Specialist cum Receptionist (10K - 12K)

Location: Head Office

Nationality Requirement: (Local Female)

Job Summary:

The Legal Specialist cum Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for the company and provide support on both legal and administrative matters. This dual role involves front desk management, greeting visitors, handling calls, and managing legal documentation, contract review, and compliance tasks. The ideal candidate will be organized, professional, and able to handle a wide range of responsibilities in both legal and reception duties.

Legal Responsibilities:

  1. Provide legal assistance in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
  2. Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  3. Assist in managing the company’s legal documentation and records.
  4. Support internal departments with legal and regulatory questions.

Reception and Administrative Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome visitors warmly, manage visitor access, and direct them to appropriate staff members.
  2. Handle front desk operations including answering, screening, and forwarding calls professionally.
  3. Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with relevant departments.
  4. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  5. Maintain the front desk and reception area in an orderly manner.
  6. Provide administrative support to different departments as needed, including document filing and data entry.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; additional training or certification in office administration is a plus.
  2. Prior experience in a legal role and/or front desk reception preferred.
  3. Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (both written and verbal).
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  6. Professional and presentable, with a friendly demeanor and customer-focused approach.
  7. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
