Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and maintain contracts and agreements, ensuring they are accurate, legally sound, and meet the company’s requirements.
Track contract deadlines, renewals, and expirations, and ensure timely execution.
Ensure compliance with local and international laws.
Prepare and organize legal documents, including but not limited to non-disclosure agreements, MOUs, and service contracts.
Ensure all legal documents are stored securely and are easily accessible to authorized personnel.
Monitor and ensure that the company’s activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Update and inform management of any changes in relevant laws and regulations that could impact the company.
Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Coordinate with external parties for the execution of agreements.
Organize and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring they are up to date and accurate.
Handle communication channels, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Provide legal and administrative support to senior management and the team, ensuring that they have the necessary information and resources to make informed decisions.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all legal and administrative matters, especially those concerning contracts, agreements, and sensitive company information.
