We are seeking a positive, highly energetic, and enthusiastic Legal Secretary and Office Manager; someone who possesses social awareness on a global level with strong business acumen. This role will present a unique opportunity to gain clarity and insight into how a charity project is operated and funded. The candidate will act as an integral part of the team and have direct involvement in the management of a busy and stimulating office environment. There is a real element of being able to make a difference in all areas of the social enterprise, which are owned by the charity.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will have worked in a legal environment and/or had exposure to extensive contracts work. Paralegal training would be especially beneficial. It goes without saying that IT skills should be exceptionally advanced in MS Office, and a typing speed of 75-80 wpm is expected due to the high levels of audio dictation work required. The candidate must be a native English speaker and hold a passport that allows for flexible travel across Europe, Australia, and the US and Canada.
