About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern to join our team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for aspiring legal professionals to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment. The ideal candidate must be bilingual in English and Arabic, hold a valid UAE residence visa, and be available to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and provide summaries on relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and translating legal documents and contracts.
• Support lawyers in case preparation, due diligence, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain and organize legal files, databases, and case materials.
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and legal correspondences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&aposs degree in Law or currently pursuing legal studies.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa.
• Strong research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
