Job Overview:
Emirates Talent Solution is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Legal Executive with experience in the law firm industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal practices, including corporate law, litigation, or another relevant field. This role requires providing comprehensive legal support, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and assisting in legal research and documentation for various legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Legal Documentation & Compliance:
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other formal documents.
- Ensure that all legal documentation is accurate, legally sound, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain and organize legal files and records, ensuring that they are up-to-date and accessible.
- Legal Advisory:
- Provide legal advice to clients and senior management on various matters, including corporate law, litigation, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in the resolution of legal disputes, including representing clients in negotiations or working with external legal counsel.
- Keep abreast of changes in laws and regulations, advising clients and management on any potential impact.
- Research & Analysis:
- Conduct thorough legal research on various topics, including case law, statutes, and regulations.
- Prepare legal briefs, opinions, and reports based on research findings.
- Analyze legal information and provide recommendations on legal strategies and approaches.
- Contract Management:
- Manage the lifecycle of legal contracts, ensuring that all contracts are properly executed, stored, and renewed as necessary.
- Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues that arise.
- Liaise with clients and other parties to negotiate contract terms and resolve any disputes.
- Client & Stakeholder Liaison:
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring that their legal needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their legal requirements and providing tailored legal solutions.
- Coordinate with external law firms, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders as needed.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential legal risks related to client operations and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Provide support in compliance audits and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
- Assist in developing and implementing legal policies and procedures within the firm.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; additional legal qualifications or certifications (e.g., LPC, Bar) are preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in a law firm, with a focus on corporate law, litigation, or a related legal field.
- Strong understanding of legal principles, practices, and procedures specific to the law firm industry.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in legal research tools, case management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
