Legal Director - Project Finance

An International law firm based in Dubai is looking to hire a Legal Director 8 years+ PQE who specialises in Project Finance.

The role sits in their energy and infrastructure team and it is important that the candidate has PPP (public, private partnership) transactions/PFI (project finance initiatives) transactions experience.

Middle East experience would be an advantage. Additionally, you will have an understanding of project finance, regulatory due diligence, and regulatory drafting.
