Legal Director

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal support for senior management on major corporate transactions, including international M&A, joint ventures, investments, real estate finance, and deal negotiations.
2. Manage and mentor a small team of lawyers, offering direction and guidance.
3. Ensure compliance and strategic alignment with the Group's overall objectives.

Candidate Profile:

1. This role is ideally suited for a Senior Real Estate M&A Senior Associate at Partner Level from a US or UK law firm, eager to transition to an in-house position.
2. Over 10 years of first-class Real Estate M&A legal experience from an international law firm or as a General Counsel at a globally recognised company.
3. Proven international transactional experience with a focus on real estate development in the Middle East, Europe, USA.
4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to provide strategic legal direction.
