Legal Counsellor

Our parent company, Expro, is recruiting for a Legal Counsel to join our Legal team in Dubai, covering our ESSA and MENA regions. Reporting into the Managing Counsel for the region, you will be responsible for advising on all legal and compliance issues across the region. The Legal Counsel will engage with the business at many different levels to anticipate and provide guidance on a wide variety of legal and compliance issues.

You will support the company through working in a consultative manner; reviewing and negotiating legal documents, delivering training and advising on contract terms, drafting legal documentation, and lots more.

The ideal candidate will have international experience in contracts, legal advice, and compliance, and must have a UK or US recognised Law degree.
