Key Responsibilities:
Profile
Minimum five years PQE, at least three of which are within the construction sector. Experience living and working in the Middle East, with an understanding of local civil laws. Relevant legal experience from a top national law firm or in-house, ideally within a consultancy or contractor environment. Strong practical understanding of legal principles, commercial law, and construction law, particularly in cross-border supply contexts. Experience handling legal matters across multiple jurisdictions, especially in the Middle East, with a good grasp of civil law systems in the region. Excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills with the ability to multitask and solve complex problems. Confident communicator, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and providing clear legal advice. Able to work independently or collaboratively as part of a larger team. Familiarity with international development projects and contracts is an advantage but not essential.
