Job description

Drafting and negotiation of the related contracts and documents (pre-contracts, power purchase agreement, construction contracts, land rights agreements, operation and maintenance contracts, guarantees, shareholder agreements, joint venture agreements, share purchase agreements, bid documentation, etc.)
Monitoring legal due diligence and tender submission processes (including as part of M&A transactions) and following-up on projects' construction and operation
Conducts legal studies and monitoring regulatory risks
Manages and coordinates corporate matters (incorporation of companies, corporate housekeeping, shareholders / board of directors resolutions, delegations of authority, share transfers, shareholder loans, etc.)
Interacts with the internal and external parties associated with the operations and transactions
Support to internal corporate approval process ( internal committees )
Manages external lawyers and monitors legal fees
